  • The story of Emperor Augustus, is closely related to the history of Gallaecia, because it was one of the las territories under the domain of the Roman Empire. It is true that the Gallaecia was not an administrative division in itself at the time of the Emperor, regardless of the controversial edict Bierzo which of course bring it up, but we have adopted this name to give the demarcation relief that insurance deserves Roman history.
