Resumen de Deleuze, muchos infinitos y un nuevo tesoro (los surreales)

El propósito de la presente investigación es identificar el tesoro que Deleuze afirmó haber encontrado en la rehabilitación de los infinitesimales, mostrando por qué es un tesoro. Para ello: a) mostraré sus distintos usos de la noción de infinito, concediendo especial atención al falso infinito hegeliano y a la velocidad infinita epicúrea, b) identificaré un candidato, c) mostraré que los números surreales son parte de ese tesoro escondido, y d) lo confirmaré usando las notaciones de John H. Conway y Gilles Châtelet.

The purpose of this research is to identify the treasure Deleuze claimed to have found in the rehabilitation of the infinitesimal, showing why it is a treasure. To do this: a) I will show the different uses of the concept of infinity, paying particular attention to hegelian false infinite and epicurean infinite speed, b ) I will identify a candidate , c ) I will show that surreal numbers are part of the hidden treasure, and d) I will use John H. Conway and Gilles Châtelet’s notation to confirm the thesis.
