  Existe un amplio consenso político, social y profesional en que la necesidad de reformar de manera integral la Justicia española, para adaptarla a las necesidades actuales de los ciudadanos y la sociedad española, constituye una tarea que el Estado debe afrontar inmediatamente.

  Ese objetivo común, necesario e inaplazable debe abordarse con la participación de todos los actores implicados, que han de contribuir a la definición de los ejes principales sobre los que debe asentarse esa transformación. A tal fin, se ha creado, en el seno de la Comisión de Justicia del Congreso de los Diputados, la Subcomisión para el estudio y definición de una Estrategia Nacional de Justicia, que deberá, en un proceso altamente participativo, identificar y definir los objetivos y medidas que han de guiar la reforma y establecer los mecanismos adecuados para su evaluación

  There is a broad political, social and professional consensus that the need to comprehensively reform the Spanish justice system in order to adapt it to the current needs of Spanish citizens and society is a task that the State must undertake immediately. This shared objective has to be addressed with the participation of all the actors involved, who must contribute to defining the main axes on which this transformation will be based. To this end, the Congress’ Justice Committee has set up a Subcommittee to study and define a National Justice Strategy, which mission, to be achieved through a highly participatory process, is to identify and define the objectives and measures to guide the reform and establish appropriate mechanisms for its evaluation.
