La enseñanza del Derecho obliga a enfocar el estudio de las distintas asignaturas que lo conforman como si se tratasen de compartimentos estancos. Esto provoca un alejamiento, en ocasiones necesario, del Derecho vivo, el que se plantea en la realidad. Para tratar de poner solución a esta disociación Derecho-realidad, se pretende dar un enfoque multidisciplinar, creemos que necesario, para la adecuada resolución de los problemas jurídico-reales. Es por ello por lo que, además del conocimiento teórico, absolutamente necesario, se busca un acercamiento de la docencia a la realidad. Distintas herramientas tecnológicas harán posible una formación multidisciplinar, práctica y adecuada a la realidad profesional.

The education of the Law forces us to focus the study of the different subjects that conform it as if they were isolated compartments. This causes a distance, sometimes necessary, of the Law that is alive, the one that exists in the reality. In order to try to solve this dissociation between Law and reality, we believe that it is necessary to approach a multidisciplinary focus, for the suitable resolution of the real legal problems. It is for that reason why, in addition to the theoretical knowledge, which is absolutely necessary, we look for and approach of university teaching to reality. There are different technological tools that will make possible a multidisciplinary and practical education, also suitable to the professional reality.
