Dado el creciente interés en España por la organización y el funcionamiento de las estaciones de invierno, el autor analiza los diferentes tipos de clientela, atendiendo a sus gustos, preferencias, necesidades, teniendo en cuenta también, las instalaciones que se necesitan para este tipo de centros como: complejos hoteleros y alojamientos, pistas de esquí, servicios de ocio, funiculares, escuelas, competiciones, etc. Se incluyen datos comparativos de las principales estaciones de invierno europeas y de España

Given the growing interest proved in Spain with regard to organization and operational aspect for the already existing and fortheoming winter sports certers, the author examines, firstly, the different kinds of people which attend them according to their tastes, preferences and needs, takes into account the installations that a skiing center must be provided with. such as: different sorts of hotels and lodgings, tracks, entertainment facilities, ski hoists and lifts, schools, competitions, etc. Underlines the importance that should be given to the planning of winter resorts considering a thoroug study of climatology, dates of the beginning and ending of skiing snowfalls, atmospheric conditions and snow thickness. Besides all the above mentioned the author considers the corresponding urbanization as well as the track system in harmony with the data gathered from the observation of snowfalls, the profiles and unevenness, laying out the patterns for the conditioning of tracks on international standards homologable by F. I. S.
The problem of ski lifts is approached pointing out the possibilities to bring into structure the adequate administrative and ruling organizations placing at their head a competent and well trained professional director.
Comparative data are enclosed here-with refering to the main winter resorts abroad as well as in Spain.

Etant donné le croissant intérét existant en Espagne pour l'organisation et le fonctionnement des stations de sports d'hiver, l'auteur étudie premiérement la catégorie du public qui fréquente ees stations, d'accord avec ses goúts, préférences et nécessités, et il analyse les installations qu'une station de sports d'hiver doit avoir dans son ensemble, telles que catégorie des hotels. diversité des pistes, centres d'attractions, moyens de remontée mécanique, écoles de ski, compétitions, etc. II souligne l'importance qui doit étre donnée á la planification des stations avec l'étude de la climatologie, date de commencement et fin des neiges skiables, état athmosphérique et épaisseur de la neige, aunsi que le plan d'urbanisme correspondant et systéme des pistes, d'accord avec les renseignements de l'étude des nieges, de contours et dénivellements; il expose les normes pour la préparation de pistas de catégorie internationale homologables par la F. I. S.
II aborde le probéme des tétéphériques et il note de méme la possibilité de constituer les organisines adéquats d'administration et direction avec un directeur de grande compétence professionnelle.
II donne finalement les renseignements comparatifs des principales stations de sport d'hiver de l'étranger et de l'Espagne.

In Anbetracht des stándig wachsenden Interesses in Spanien beztiglich der Organisation und der Funktionen der Wintersaison, prüft der Autor dieser Arbeit in erster Linie die Turistenklasse, welche sich für die Wintersaison entscheidet, was deren Geschmack, Vorzüge und Bedarf anbetrifft, indem er eine Aufstellung über die Einrichtungen entwirft, welche insgesamt in der Skisaison zur Verfügung stehen míissen, also Hotelklassen, Skipistenausführung, Vergnügungsstá'tten, mechanische Auffahrteinrichtungen, Skischulen, Wettbewerbe, usw. Er unterstreicht die Wichtigkeit der Planung der Saison in bezug auf Klimatologie, Saisonbeginn und Schluss der Skimóglichkeiten, athmosphá- rische Beschaffenheit und Zustand des Schnees, sowie eines Urbanisierungsplanes und Pistensystems, alies in Übereinstimmung mit den Eintragungsdaten der Schneefalle, Pirofile und Unebenheiten, unter Festsetzung von Normen, wie die Schneepisten internationaler Kategorie, gleichwertig mit den Normen der F. E. S., vorbereitet werden müssen.
Das Problem grenzt an das der telesferischen Einrichtungen und geht ebenfalls auf die Móglichkeit ein, die passenden verwaltungstechnischen und Regierungs-Organismen zu schaffen, mit einem Direktor von unzweifelhaft professionellem Ansehen.
