Resumen de Los medios de transporte en relación con el turismo

El enfoque de este artículo puede hacerse desde dos puntos de vista: a) Considerando el turismo como generador de tráfico y por consiguiente influyendo en los medios de transporte; y b) Suponiendo que son los medios de transporte los que actúan sobre el turismo. El análisis del turismo desde el punto de vista de los transportes ha de partir del estudio de la preferencia del turista por los distintos medios utilizables para su desplazamiento con fines turísticos. El turismo se analiza en conexión con los medios de transporte, condición esencial para estudiar un plan de mejora de los transportes para alcanzar una mayor afluencia turística.

In der Einleitung wird die Bedeutung hervorgehoben, welche gegenwártig die Transportmittel im menschlichen Leben haben, besonders auf dem Gebiet des Fremdenverkehrs, wo der Einsatz ais einschránkender Faktor oder ais positiver Bestandteil fiir den Bedarf des Fremdenverkehrs eines Landes oder einer Zone in Erscheinung tritt.
Sodann wird der Turismus in Verbindung mit den Transportmitteln anaIysiert, ais unerlássliche Vorbedingung, um einen Verbesserungsplan aufzustellen, damit vermittels erhóhter Transportmittel ein grósserer Turistenstrom angezogen wird.
Nachdem festgestellt worden ist, welch bedeutende Rolle die Landstrassen innerhalb des Turistenverketirs spielen, wird m¡t bezug auf Spanien die Verkehrsintensitát ais moglicher Nenner für eine Turistenbewegung untersucht, und es wird die Moglichkeit in Betracht gezogen, Statistiken zu benutzen, welche die Haupttransportmittel enthalten hinsichtlich des Fremdenverkeihrs; es kónnten zum Beispiel Statistiken über den Benzinverbrauch benutzt werden.
Zum Schluss wird vorgeschlagen, ein System mit Benzintiokets für Auslander einzuführen, mit den diesbezüglichen za erwartenden Auswirkungen.

In the introduction the importance that transportation has in contemporary human life is emphasized particularly on the field oí tourism where the same can act as a restrictive factor or else a positive element with the tourist demand in a certain country or zone.
Subsequently tourism is analyzed in connection with the various means of transportation; an essential condition in order to study a plan of improving transports, so as to gain a greater tourist inflow.
Once the importance of the role played by the roads on tourist transportation has been outlined, the densities of trafíic are taken into account as a possible indicator of tourism movement. The author then analyses the manner in which the use of statistics related to the main means of transportation could be achieved, with the example of statistics on gasoline sales.
Finally a proposal is made to stablish the use of gasoline cards for foreigners explaining the possible effects of this system

Dans l'entrée en matiére on fait remarquer l'importance que le transport a acquis actuellement dans la vie humaine, spécialement dans le domaine du tourisme oü il peut agir comme facteur limitatif ou élément positif de la demande touristique d'un pays ou zone.
On analyse ensuite le tourisme en rapport avec les moyens de transport, condition indispensable pour étudier un plan d'amélioration des transporte en vue d'obtenir une plus grande aífluence touristique.
Une fois vérifié le role important des routes dans le transport touristique, on analyse vis á vis de l'Espagne, les intensités du trafic comme possible indicateur du mouvement touristique et on considere la possibilité d'utiliser des statistiques en rapport avec les principaux moyens de transport pour l'analyse du tourisme, exposant comme exemple les statistiques de vente d'essence.
Finalement on propose l'implantation d'un systéme de bons d'essence pour étrangers, prenant en considérition ses possibles effets.
