    Este trabalho examina pontos de convergência entre alguns fundamentos centrais da praxeologia de Ludwig Von Mises e a teoria finalista da ação, elaborada por Hans Welzel. Por intermédio de investigação qualitativa e revisão bibliográfica, serão analisadas raízes filosóficas comuns e a aplicabilidade da epistemologia praxeológica na análise hermenêutica jurídica. É nesse diapasão que este artigo objetiva fomentar a discussão acerca da ação humana enquanto protagonista do fato delituoso sob perspectivas interdisciplinares, ressaltando os reflexos dessa interpretação para a fundamentação filosófica e dogmática do Direito Penal Brasileiro, à luz da teoria do crime e da Constituição Federal.

    This paper examines points of convergence between some central foundations of Ludwig Von Mises praxeology and the final action theory, drawn up by Hans Welzel. Through qualitative research and literature review, common philosophical roots and the applicability of praxeological epistemology in legal interpretation analysis are going to be analyzed. It’s in this context that this article aims to encourage discussion about human action as the protagonist of the criminal fact in interdisciplinary perspectives, highlighting reflections of this interpretation to the philosophical and dogmatic grounding of Brazilian Criminal Law, in the light of crime theory and Federal Constitution.
