    Se analiza en este trabajo, con abundante soporte jurisprudencial, el delito de amenazas cometidas en el contexto de la actividad propia de las organizaciones y bandas terroristas. Si la amenaza es de por sí un delito serio y perturbador de la paz individual y social, que puede ocasionar al sujeto pasivo y a la sociedad un gran terror, en el caso de las utilizadas por grupos terroristas de distinto signo para imponer sus ideas al resto de la sociedad, subvertir el orden constitucional y alterar gravemente la paz social, la relevancia y gravedad del hecho se extreman.

    In this work we analyze using abundant case law the offence of threats perpetrated in the context of the activity of terrorist gangs and organizations. If the threat is in itself a serious and disturbing offence which disrupts the individual and social peace and which could cause a great terror to the taxable person and the society, in the case of those used by terrorist groups of different type to impose their ideas to the rest of the society, to subvert the constitutional order and to seriously alter social peace, those threats are extreme in their relevance and severity.
