    Esta ponencia trabaja la relación del adolescente con la norma y con el delito desde el concepto de las representaciones sociales cuya incidencia es significativa en el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil (SRPJ). Ello implica revisar la responsabilidad subjetiva del adolescente y las repercusiones familiares y sociales mediante la investigación cualitativa, con 20 adolescentes de diferente sexo y estrato social, en situación de libertad vigilada por haber infringido la ley penal.

    Th e relationship of adolescents with the standard and the crime works item from the concept of social representations whose incidence is signifi cant in the System of Juvenile Criminal Responsibility (SRPJ). Th is involved reviewing the subjective responsibility of adolescents and the family and social implications through qualitative research with twenty adolescents of diff erent sex and social strata, in situation of assisted liberty for having infringed the penal law.
