    En este artículo se abordan cuestiones relativas a la competencia en materia de protección de la Junta de Andalucía, cuestionando el actual escenario, tras la promulgación de la Ley para la salvaguardia del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de 2015 del Estado. Así mismo se hace una reflexión acerca del contenido, complejidad y significados del patrimonio cultural andaluz, con especial hincapié en el tratamiento y registro de sus formas inmateriales, incluyendo la casuística de las actividades de interés etnológico actualmente inscritas en el Catálogo General del Patrimonio Histórico Andaluz

    This article addresses issues related to competition in the protection of the Junta de Andalucía. We reflect on the current scenario after the promulgation of the Law for the Safeguarding of Intangible Cultural Heritage of 2015 of the Spanish State. Likewise, a critical reflection on the content, complexity and meanings of the Andalusian cultural heritage is made, with special emphasis on the treatment and registration of its immaterial forms, including the cases of activities of ethnological interest currently inscribed in the General Catalog of Historical Heritage Andalusian
