The two new judgements of the CJEU, focus, again, on the access to social benefits in the host State by the EU citizens. These new judgements enforce the previous narrow interpretation of CJ EU about EU cítizens' limited rights. in social protection matters, as some of the EU States have demanded, specially, the United Kingdom. Now, after the referendum on 23 June 2016, the «Brexit» is already underway, so we shall then have to wait which the next step in this matter will be.
