    Este artículo intenta reseñar, comentar y reflexionar sobre la participación del profesor colombiano Carlos Araque, en su escrito: Creación – personaje - investigación, que presentó a manera de conferencia en el VII Coloquio Internacional de Arte, Arquitectura, Diseño y Urbanismo, organizado por el Departamento de Teorías e Historias del Centro Universitario de Arte, Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universdiad de Guadalajara, realizado del 22 al 24 de octubre de 2014, en las instalaciones de la División de Artes y Humanidades del mismo Centro Universitario.

    This article is intended to review, comment and reflect on the participation of the Colombian teacher Carlos Araque, in his work: Creation – character – research, which was presented at a conference in the VII International Colloquium of Art, Architecture, Design and Urbanism, organized by the Department of Theory and History of the University Center of Art, Architecture and Design of the University of Guadalajara, from 22nd to 24th of October 2014 in the facilities of the Division of Arts and Humanities in the same University Center.
