A case of Pancretic pseudocyts during an acute pancreatitis in a 8 years old gin is presented. The use of Pancreatic ultrasonography was essential to establish the diagnosis and for the follow up. The Authors enphazise the importance of the use of this non-invasive technique prior to the more agressive ones in the diagnosis and follow up of pancreatic diseases during childhood.

Es presenta un cas de pseudoquist pancreätic en el curs d'una pancreatitis aguda afectant una nena de 8 anys. L'ecografia pancreática fou básica per arribar el diagnòstic i pel seguiment.
Els autors insisteixen sobre l'ús d'aquesta tècnica no invasiva enfront d'altres més cruentes pel diagnòstic i seguiment de les afeccions pancreätiques en el nen.
