    Old-baylonian Tello (ancient Girsu) onomastics give an unexpected glimpse upon its ideology during this period: there were two pantheons, an administrative or official one and another one liked by the population, the first one reflecting a local nationalism, the second one expressing a nostalgia for the vanished Ur empire
