    Objetivo Conocer la eficacia de la utilización del juego en el manejo del dolor oncológico pediátrico.

    Método Para conocer la realidad actual sobre el uso de estas terapias, se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura publicada sobre el tema “Manejo del dolor a través del juego” durante los últimos 10 años.

    Resultados La investigación demuestra que este tipo de terapias parecen ser muy beneficiosas, principalmente para disminuir experiencias de dolor, ansiedad y depresión en oncología Pediátrica, pero por el momento no hay muchos estudios científicos que confirmen su eficacia.

    Conclusión Se concluye que sería conveniente llevar a cabo más estudios sobre estas terapias y protocolos de intervención estructurados para esta población.

    Objective The goal is to know the effectiveness of the use of the game in the management of pediatric oncological pain.

    Method With the objective to know the current reality about the use of these therapies, a systematic review of the published literature on the subject "Pain Management through Play" during the last 10 years was carried out.

    Results Research shows that this type of therapy seems to be very beneficial, principally to decrease experiences of pain, anxiety and depression in oncology Pediatric, but for the moment, there are not many scientific studies that confirm its effectiveness.

    Conclusion It is concluded that it would be advisable to carry out more studies on these therapies and on these structured intervention protocols for this population.
