    El artículo resalta la formación de un sujeto desde la reflexividad del pensamiento y su dimensión crítica, lo cual lo lleva a la autorreflexión y el interés por la emancipación. Los horizontes hacia la emancipación se abren en el saber hacer Universitario, que propicia la transformación del quehacer educativo y la introducción de la innovación; por último se resalta en la educación del siglo XXI, el hecho de configurar una matriz epistemológica que capture la crisis del presente y se desplace hacia la formación del futuro, proponiendo unos retos centrados en la renovación del pensamiento y el interés por conocer más al ser humano.

    This article highlights the formation of someone from the reflection of his thinking and critical dimension, which leads to a to the auto reflection and interest for emancipation The horizons to the emancipation are open in the university knowing to do, that leads to the transformation from the university what to do ,that leads to as the same time the transformation of the educational what to do and the introduction to the innovation ; at last it is highlighted in the education of the XXI ,the fact of configure a epistemological matrix that capture the crisis of the present and to move on towards a formation to the future, suggesting centered challenges in the innovation of thinking and the interest for knowing a lot more the human being
