    La investigación y la práctica docente son analizados en un espacio de vinculación coma fortaleza para la pedagogía contemporánea en la Facultad de Educación, por lo tanto en el quehacer de los docentes, se requiere de una reflexión sistemática durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, que dinamice la investigación educativa. En el artículo se concluye que docencia e investigación no solo se complementan, sino que se exigen. Pero esta no es la última palabra, por ello se invita al lector a reflexionar sobre cuáles son los problemas o las necesidades que obstaculizan la vinculación de estos dos componentes en su actuar pedagógico, e iniciar las acciones investigativas que estarían realizando en su quehacer.

    Research and teaching practice are analyzed in a space linking eat strength for contemporary education in the Faculty of Education, so in the work of teachers by, it requires a systematic reflection during the process of teaching and learning, energizes educational research. The article concludes that teaching and research are not only complementary, but required. But this is not the last word, so the reader is invited to reflect on what the problems or needs that hinder the involvement of these two components in their pedagogical action, and initiate the investigative actions they would be doing in their work.
