    El siguiente artículo describe el proyecto de investigación del Grupo Interdisciplinario de Investigación sobre Aprendizaje organizacional GIAO, el cual busca la aplicabilidad de la Teoría de sistemas, específicamente la Quinta Disciplina, en la formación integral de estudiantes, con el fin de darle un carácter científico a este aspecto tan importante para las instituciones educativas.

    The following article describes the research project of the Interdisciplinary Research Group GIAO Organizational Learning, which seeks the applicability of the theory of systems, specifically the Fifth Discipline, in the integral formation of students, in order to give it a scientific character this aspect so important for educational institutions.
