    L'interpretazione autentica relativa a quale maggioranza sia richiesta nel terzo scrutinio delle elezioni canoniche viene esaminata alla luce dell'iter di formulazione del testo legislativo e delle opinioni degli autori, evidenziando la complessita delle questioni sottese, tanto da far ipotizzare a qualcuno che l'interpretazione non sia meramente dichiarativa bensì estensiva rispetto al puro disposto codiciale.

    The authentic interpretation concerning which majority is required for the third scrutiny for canonical elections is examined in the light of the iter [process] for the formulation of a legislative text and the opinions of the authors, highlighting the complexity of the underlined questions, such to hypothesize to somebody that the interpretation is not merely declarative but also extensive with respect to the pure disposition of the Code.
