Resumen de Alternative Visions of the Brazilian City: In conversation with Herzog & de Meuron Senior Partner Ascan Mergenthaler
What does it take to design sensitively and inclusively in Brazil? In the lead up to Rio 2016, Herzog & de Meuron have designed two projects: the Cultural Complex Luz in São Paulo (2012) and the Arena do Morro in Natal (2014). The former being unrealised and the second built and in use.
