Esta investigación parte principalmente del trabajo desarrollado durante el siglo XX por los coreógrafos y realizadores: Busby Berkeley, Leni Riefensthal, Maya Deren y Bruce Lee. Su vinculación al ámbito militar les ha permitido poder configurar un perfeccionamiento de la representación de la imagen del cuerpo en movimiento dentro de un film. Esta particularidad operativa dentro de la filmación y el montaje genera la figura del coreógrafo-realizador como un nuevo especialista; convirtiendo en protagonista a la acción del cuerpo, ya sea en bailes o en combates presentados cinematográficamente y cuyo campo de investigación artístico ha sido el contexto militar occidental del siglo XX

This research was based mainly on the work developed during the twentieth century by the choreographers and directors: Busby Berkeley, Leni Riefenstahl, Maya Deren and Bruce Lee. His ties to the military are allowed to configure an improvement of the representation of the image of the moving body within a film. This operational particularity in the filming and editing generates the figure of choreographer-director as a new specialist; it becoming protagonist body action, either dancing or bouts cinematically and whose field of artistic research has been the Western military context of the twentieth century.
