    El maestro tiene diferentes funciones entre las que se destacan la docente, la metodológica y la de orientación. Esta última tiene una fuerte carga de trabajo formativo pues el maestro no solo orienta a los estudiantes, sino también a los padres y familiares. El objetivo de este trabajo es valorar la relación sistémica entre la orientación, la orientación educativa, la orientación profesional y específicamente la orientación profesional pedagógica para asumir posiciones concretas en el proceso formativo de los educandos.

    Among the tasks of teachers, we can highlight the educative, the methodological and the task of orientation. The latter has an influential role in the formative work of teachers, since teachers not only provide advice for students, but also for their parents and families. The objective of this paper is to evaluate the systemic relationship among orienting, educative orientation and professional orientation, namely the pedagogical, professional orientation, while assuming a decisive role in the formative process of students.
