Resumen de Incidencia política en las prácticas pedagógicas de los docentes

  El presente artículo aborda de manera reflexiva la realidad de las prácticas docentes dentro de las aulas de los claustrosuniversitarios y su incidencia dentro del proceso formativo impartido por estos mismos, se atiende principalmente a larealidad política, que desde esta reflexión se asumirá a partir del concepto arendtiano entendido como la construccióndesde la participación y el espacio. Toda práctica pedagógica revela la intención formativa de las Instituciones de EducaciónSuperior y vela precisamente por el objetivo formativo e integrador con las que éstas cobijan a sus discentes.Así, ‘la realidad: política y educación’, reviste una importancia fundamental para la reflexión en la construcción de unasociedad con hombres formados integralmente desde las mismas estructuras y dinámicas que se les pueda brindar encada una de las instituciones, y ello se hace palpable a través de la labor de docentes comprometidos con su vocacióny con la institución en la cual se desempeñan, a través de sus prácticas y de la incidencia que éstas puedan tener con sucarga política. Para otorgar, finalmente, tanto a Instituciones como a todos aquellos que se desempeñan como docentesy formadores, un asidero reflexivo al momento de asumir su quehacer pedagógico.

  The present article approaches in a reflexive form the reality of the educational practices inside the classrooms of the university cloisters and his incident inside the formative process given by themselves, attending principally to the political reality, which from this reflection will be assumed from the concept arendtiano understood as the construction from the participation and the space. Any pedagogic practice reveals the formative intention of the Institutions of Top Education and guards precisely over the formative and of integration aim with that these shelter his students. So, ‘the reality: politics and education’, re-dresses a fundamental importance for the reflection in the construction of a society with men formed integrally from the same structures and dynamics that it could drink to them in each of the institutions, and it becomes palpable across the teachers’ labor compromised by his vocation and with the institution in which they get out of a jam themselves, across his practices and the incident that these could have with his political load. To grant, finally, so much to Institutions as to all those that get out of a jam themselves like educational and forming, a reflexive handle to the moment to assume his pedagogic occupation.
