This paper analyzes the construction of the forced disappearance in thepoetry book INRI, by Raul Zurita. The purpose is to suggest how orality, as a sound that can probe the interior of the human being, builds a truth that allows an emotional reunion, through poetry, with the victims of forced disappearance during the dictatorship of Pinochet in Chile.
