Resumen de Who translated the Turkish Alcoran (1649)? in Defence of an Alternative View
In the 2014 issue of this "Journal", Noel Malcom challenged my interpretation of "The Alcoran of Mahomet, ... newly Englished" (1649). My intention here is to respond to his criticism and state more forcefully my reasons for considering an alternative to his interpretation of the evidence.
