    • This commentary places Cultural Autonomy within minority rights and raises a number of important questions about Cultural Autonomy and its meaning. It points to some of the contradictions within the concept of Cultural Autonomy and questions how it relates to the enactment and implementation of language policies. In addition, Garibova explores how Cultural Autonomy relates to the concept of fairness and inclusion.
