Este artículo analiza el papel de excursiones y exposiciones en el estudio de la electricidad en las escuelas técnicas, especialmente las de Artes y Oficios, cuando dicho estudio se hizo indispensable en este tipo de centros, es decir, desde finales del siglo XIX hasta mediados del siguiente, prestando una atención particular a las memorias de los alumnos.

The aim of this article is to analyse the role of tours and exhibitions in the study of electricity in technical schools, especially those in Arts and Crafts, in the period when these studies became a key factor in that kind of institutes, that is from the late 19th century to the second half of the 20th. In this article, particular attention is paid to the students’ reports.
