Resumen de Case Notes on International Arbitration
The objective of these Case Notes on International Arbitration is to report and comment on a selection of decisions international arbitration made by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court in 2015. During that year, the Court made a total of 54 decisions relating to arbitration, among which 40 concerned international arbitration matters (as opposed to domestic cases) and 17 concerned sports matters (in relation to proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sports, CAS).
