  As far as the doctrine of Polish Administrative Law is concerned, the year 2014 has been marked by the Convention of Faculties of Administrative Law and Administrative Proceedings, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of Poland's accession to the European Union. Amidst the important events for the Polish administrative law scholars, it would be apt to mention the annual Conference of the Association for Public Administration Education, devoted to the theme of the organisation of the public administration from the perspective of the missions entrusted to it, as well as the bilateral reunion of the centers of Cracow and Wroclaw. In 2014, some important amendments to the administrative procedure, the tax procedure as well as the procedure before administrative tribunals, that allow a more extensive use of electronic means of communication, were adopted. A law on petitions was also voted in. Important changes were introduced as concerns the provisions on development policy. Some decisions by administrative tribunals and the Constitutional Tribunal complete the chronicle of Polish Administrative Law.

  En ce qui concerne la doctrine polonaise du droit administratif, l'année 2014 a été marquée par le Colloque des Chaires de Droit et de Procédure administrative, dédié au 10ème anniversaire de l'adhésion de la Pologne à l'Union européenne. Parmi les événements importants pour l'intégration des administrativistes polonais, il convient de citer la Conférence annuelle de l'Association de l'Education de l'Administration publique, consacrée au thème de l'organisation de l'administration publique depuis la perspective des missions qui lui sont confiées ainsi que la réunion bilatérale des centres de Cracovie et de Wroclaw. En 2014, d'importants amendements de la procédure administrative, de la procédure fiscale et de la procédure devant les tribunaux administratifs qui permettent d'utiliser dans une plus large mesure les moyens de communication électroniques, ont été adoptés. Une loi sur les pétitions a également été adoptée. D'importants changements ont été introduits dans les dispositions sur la politique de développement. Quelques décisions des tribunaux administratifs et du Tribunal constitutionnel viennent compléter la chronique de droit administratif polonais.
