  • Resumen
    • "We have repeatedly informed our Belarusian partners that such actions were unacceptable and they have ultimately destroyed the fundamentals of our prolonged fruitful cooperation," Baumgertner said. "In this situation we have to re-direct our export deliveries through our own trader." PotashCorp. was downgraded by BMO Capital Markets from "outperform" to "market perform" (the equivalent of hold) saying that "we do not expect PotashCorp. to outperform following the apparent elimination of more widespread producer discipline in the potash industry".

"Uralkali has a strong interest in sending out signals that the era of $500/tonne high potash prices is over to deter potential new entrants," says Oliver Hatfield, director of fertiliser at Integer Research.
