    El disfraz en la narrativa del Medioevo se presenta como un motivo literario frecuente. Específicamente en este trabajo nos centraremos en cl estudio de los disfraces construidos desde la marginalidad. Como ocurre en el caso de Tristán en La continuación de Perceval de Gerbert de Montreuil y "La Folic Tristan d'Oxford". Creemos que analizar estos engaños y performances contribuye al estudio de las masculinidades medievales y las subversiones que conlleva la otredad.

    The use of disguise is a common motif in medieval literature. Specifically, this study will focus on the disguises that arise from marginality. as shown in the character of Tristan in The Continuation of Perceval by Gerbert de Montreuil and the text known as 'The Oxford Madness of Tristan". We believe that the analysis of these performances and tricks will contribute to the study of medieval masculinities and the subversions that arise from otherness.
