    Cueva Haizea, localizada en uno de los extremos nororientales del Parque Natural Sierra María-Los Vélez (Almería), fue descubierta, el 10 de febrero de 2009. Une en su presentación como una nueva estación rupestre, unas técnicas de realización de sus pinturas que se alejan de los estilos históricamente conocidos, lo cual posiblemente nos este hablando de diferentes esquemas mentales del realizador, o realizadores, frente a los artes rupestres habituales en la zona: Esquemático y Levantino. Y, por supuesto, muy diferentes de los Paleolíticos. Con caracteres propios, que denotan una sociedad tecnológicamente avanzada y con un sistema complejo.

    Discovered on February 10th, 2009, Haizea Cave is located in one of the Northeast corners of the Sierra María-Los Vélez Natural Park (Almería, Spain). As a new Cave Art instance, it shows painting techniques very different from the historically known styles. This may well mean a different way of thinking of the author, or authors, if compared with other cave paintings usual in the area Schematic and Levantine Art; and very different, of course, from the Paleolithic paintings. The paintings in Cueva Haizea have their own characters, which are a sign of a technologically advanced society, with a sofisticated system.
