En vue de renouveler la pensée critique, il semble nécessaire de reconnaître que l’ordre politique est premier par rapport à l’ordre social. Pour tirer parti de cette hypothèse, il faut distinguer la notion de liberté de celle de la volonté contre la confusion entretenue par la philosophie politique.

To renew the critical thought it seems necessary to recognize that the social order is based on the political order. To support this hypothesis, we have to clearly distinghish between the notion of freedom and the notion of will against the tradition of political philosophy.
