En esta segunda parte del estudio sobre el régimen jurídico de las Mutuas colaboradoras con la Seguridad Social se afronta el análisis del complejo mecanismo de financiacióndel mutualismo empresarial. donde se conjugan el sistema de capitalización para la cobertura de las contingencias profesionales con el sistema de reparto para la gestión de la incapacidad temporal y las prestaciones sociales de los trabajadores por cuenta propia atribuidas a las mutuas. Se hacen patentes también las peculiaridades que en materia de acciónprotectora conlleva la presencia del mutualismo empresarial en el organigrama gestor del sistema español de Seguridad Social.

In this second part of the study on the legal regime of Mutual Partners with Social securlty the analysis of the complex financing mechanism of business mutualism is addressed. where the capitalizationsystem is combined to cover professional contingencies with the pay-as-you-go system For the management of temporary incapacity and the social benefits of self-employed persons attributed to mutual societies. It also shows the peculiarities that in the matter of protective action involves the presenceof business mutualism in the organization chart manager of the Spanish Social Security system.
