Resumen de ¿Por qué ser maestro? Motivaciones y expectativas del estudiante de Magisterio

  Este estudio trata de profundizar en el estudiante de magisterio, analizando sus inquietudes y expectativas, conociendo las motivaciones que le llevan a elegir esta carrera y la meta que pretende alcanzar al finalizarla. Para llevarlo a cabo hemos partido de las variables citadas, además de la diferencia de sexos, la procedencia o el acceso, que han sido analizadas a través del análisis exhaustivo de autobiografías redactadas por alumnos, que contienen parte real (lo que han vivido hasta este momento) y parte imaginaria (cómo ellos proyectan su futuro).

  Todo ello en un estudio empírico cualitativo con matices cuantitativos que nos ha mostrado algunos motivos por los que el alumno elije esta carrera, y, al mismo tiempo, su pretensión al terminar, de cara a un futuro laboral.

  This study tries to deep into the student of magisterio, analyzing his worries and expectations, knowing the motivations that lead him to choosing these studies and the goal that they try to reach on having finished it. To carry out it, we have started from the mentioned variables, besides the difference of sexes, the origin or the access, which have been analyzed across the exhaustive analysis of autobiographies written by pupils, who contain royal part (through what they have lived up to this moment) and imaginary part (how they project his future).

  All this in an empirical qualitative study with quantitative shades that it has showed us some motives for which the pupil choose these studies, and, at the same time, his pretension when finish.
