    Este artículo plantea algunos hallazgos y reflexiones resultantes de un proceso de investigación sobre construcción de identidad femenina de las mujeres negras del sector de Sardi, ubicado en el distrito de Aguablanca de Cali. Resaltaremos cómo vive una mujer, así como las oportunidades, las dificultades y lo que, según ellas, se les atribuye; igualmente, señalaremos lo propio de las mujeres negras y la manera como se ubican dentro de la sociedad según lo internalizado a partir de los procesos de socialización. Es un ejercicio reflexivo y analítico desde el trabajo social, que privilegia el reconocimiento de la subjetividad y los sentidos que las sujetas les otorgan a determinados elementos de sus realidades.

    This article presents some findings and reflections as a result of a research project on the construction of female identity of black women from Sardi, an area located in the Aguablanca district of Cali. We will specify how women live, as well as their opportunities and difficulties and what, in their opinion, is attributed to them; similarly, we will point at theessence of black women and how they fit themselves into society according to what has been internalized from socialization processes. It is a detailed analytical exercise from the perspective of social work, which favors the recognition of subjectivity and the meanings that female subjects find incertain elements of their realities.
