    El presente trabajo describe cómo las pastorasPentecostales en Latinoamérica encarnanel liderazgo en el contexto de luchas depoder, en las cuales se van tejiendo sussubjetividades a lo largo de su peregrinajepersonal. Para entender este proceso enlas historias de vida de tres pastorasvenezolanas, se identificaron actos específicosde resistencia mediante un cuidadoso análisisde sus narraciones. Dicho análisis permitecomprender cómo sus liderazgos vanemergiendo a medida que sus subjetividadesse van moldeando. Igualmente ayuda a identificarcuáles son sus fuentes de legitimación yautoridad, sus iniciativas, cómo usan el discursoy las particularidades de su mensaje. Asícomo también se logran identificar algunosefectos contradictorios y ambiguos, entreellos la maternidad como expresión simbólicade sus liderazgos. Esta metodología permiteuna mirada al lenguaje del cuerpo porquees desde allí que la resistencia es expresaday donde el liderazgo es encarnado.

    This paper describes how Latin American Pentecostal pastors embody leadership in the context of power struggles, in which their subjectivities are woven throughout his personal pilgrimage. To understand this process in the life stories of three pastors Venezuelan identified specific acts of resistance by a careful analysis of their narratives.

    This analysis allows us to understand how their leadership will emerge as their subjectivities are molded. It also helps identify their sources of legitimacy and authority, their initiatives, how they use the discourse and its particular message. As well as identifying some effects are achieved contradictory and ambiguous, including motherhood as a symbolic expression of their leadership. This methodology allows a look at the language of the body because it is from there that resistance is expressed and where leadership is embodied.
