  El artículo reflexiona sobre la formación de profesionistas del Derecho desde la Moral y la Ética, tomando en cuenta a la Bioética, por la estrecha relación que guarda con el derecho a la vida y el derecho a vivir, lo cual se traduce en Derechos Humanos, protegidos por el Derecho. Es decir, que además de procurar sanas relaciones humanas, el profesionista debe estar preparado para que al representar a las personas, pueda garantizar su protección desde lo psicológico, hasta lo físico, salvaguardando la vida misma. Utilizamos el método inductivo-deductivo, el método analítico-sintético y las técnicas bibliográfica y documental.

  The article reflects upon the upbringing of Law professionals through Morality and Ethics, taking into account the field of Bioethics, because of the close relationship it keeps with the right to life and the right to live, which translates to Human Rights, which are protected by Law. This means, that besides ensuring healthy human relationships, the professional must be prepared to, when the time comes for him or her to represent people, be able to guarantee their protection from the psychological aspect, to the physical aspect, protecting life itself. We use the inductive-deductive method, the analytic-synthetic method, and the bibliographical and documental techniques.
