    Estas notas tienen como objeto ofrecer unas claves desde la cuales abordar la vigencia y actualidad del Concilio Ecuménico Vaticano II. Y hacerlo desde una perspectiva de fe, mediante su redescubrimiento más allá de sus límites históricos, y el conocimiento y la hermenéutica auténtica de sus textos. Desde esta perspectiva, estas notas nos ayudan a asumir hoy su opción y su estilo pastoral, como su distintivo peculiar, y como base para seguir avan-zando en el camino de la renovación eclesial a la que el Espíritu Santo sigue llamando a su Iglesia.

    The object of these notes is to offer some keys to face the significance and current validity of the Second Vatican Council. They adopt the perspective of faith, by means of its rediscovery, beyond its historical limitations, and by means of the knowledge and the authentic hermeneutics of the Council's texts. From this perspective, these notes assume the Council's option and pastoral style as its distinctive trait, which is also the base to continue advancing in the path towards the ecclesial renewal to which the Holy Spirit calls His Church.
