    Este trabajo centra la atención en las medidas llevadas a cabo por el III Reich contra el jazz. Por una parte, se desarrolla un análisis centrado en la legalidad, donde se diagnostican numerosos fracasos en este contexto relativos al lenguaje de las regulaciones, su aplicación, publicación, generalidad y estabilidad. Por otra parte, se centra la atención en el ámbito de la justicia, con el fin de analizar cómo afectaron las medidas en cuestión a valores como la seguridad, la igualdad y la libertad. Sobre este último valor se ofrece también un análisis desde el punto de vista musical.

    This paper focuses on the measures taken by the III Reich against jazz. First, an analysis is conducted of the legality of these measures, identifying numerous failures in this context which have to do with the language in which the regulations are couched, and with their application, publication, generality and stability. This is followed by an examination of justice, in order to study the effect these measures exerted on the values of legal certainty, equality and freedom. In connection with this last value, an analysis is also offered from the perspective of music.
