  • Resumen
    • Organizations are spending millions of dollars each year to improve the critical shortcomings like customer dissatisfaction, long budgeting and planning cycles, distribution inefficiencies, poor cash flows, lost crossselling opportunities, unprofitable products etc. This has become a true business problem, irrespective of the size of the organization. Due to these shortcomings, organizations have now realized the need of a new management system to improve the business processes and strategies to sustain its profitability and continuous growth. Organizations should start to think and act more holistically while measuring and monitoring the real performance of all the critical aspects of the organization on a real-time basis.
