Nowadays, most of the educational institutions in Thailand realize that ICT as well as English language play more important roles in teaching and learning process. The evidence can be seen clearly on the basic education curriculum structure and students’ expected learning outcomes in which is focused on learning how to learn through technology that is available inside and outside the schools. With the progressive educational technology, most of the learning materials are currently developed into the form of electronic materials, such as Computer Assisted Language Learning (CALL). Hence, most schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) have been convinced to deliver - eLearning through technical instrument. Therefore, eLearning is one of the most popular educational terminologies amongst the educational personnel. This paper will discuss mainly how these schools can provide the facility needed on eLearning to their students in terms of good points and weak points. This vital part will be conducted through the process of eLlearning in Thai secondary schools and the content will include: What is the limitation of using eLearning in secondary schools and how can we solve these problems?
