  Este artículo ofrece algunos elementos básicos de la investigación histórica pedagógica “Acercamiento a la contribución de figuras representativas de la Educación Técnica y Profesional en el siglo XX en Guantánamo”, la cual responde a un Proyecto de Investigación dirigido por la Asociación de Pedagogos de Cuba, se ofrece una panorámica del fenómeno educativo, seleccionando como contexto geográfico Guantánamo, como contexto ideológico la Educación Técnica  Profesional y en la relación espacio temporal, el siglo XX.

  The article provides some basic elements of historical inquiry teaching "approach to the contribution of representative figures of the Technical and Vocational Education in the Twentieth Century at Guantanamo," which responds to the research project led by the Association of Educators of Cuba, and provides an overview of the educational phenomenon, selecting Guantanamo for its geographical and ideological context for the Vocational Education in the relationship between space and time in the twentieth century.
