    Estas reflexiones son un intento de dar una respuesta operativa a la recurrente pregunta acerca de cómo podemos establecer una relación adecuada y eficaz con nuestra psique inconsciente, base y fundamento del potencial de experiencia de cuanto acontece en nuestras vidas. Es en la actitud consciente, lúcida y despierta, de donde surge la posibilidad real de una relación con el alma inconsciente capaz de cooperar en facilitar el impulso natural y arquetípico hacia la individuación (la plena realización del sí-mismo).

    These reflections are an attempt to give an operative response to the recurrent question about how we can establish an adequate and effective relation ship with our unconscious psyche, basis and foundation of the potential experience of what happens in our lives. It is in the conscious, lucid and awakened attitude from which arises the real possibility of a relationship with the unconscious soul capable of cooperating in facilitating the natural and archetypal impulse towards individuation (the full realization of the self).
