    Este artículo, de nuestra "Problemática Actual", pretende generar luz sobre las cuestiones del acceso a las técnicas de PMA, principalmente sobre: ¿Quién puede acceder a las técnicas y en qué condiciones pueden efectuar el acceso?  Llegados aquí, cumple analizar el problema de la voluntad de tener hijos, el deseo de "producir" descendencia con ayuda o intervención de las técnicas de reproducción Asistida e su consagración en los dos ordenamientos Ibéricos comparados Portugués y Español…
