Language and Literature are cultural instruments, transmitters of values that offer multiple possibilities as resources that must be promoted in the educational area. This present project approaches the socio-educational reality that we find in classes, that is, heterogeneous pupils, many of them with disabilities to which it is necessary to attend to as a group, mainly. From this reality, the applied methodology concerns, with the freedom that the use of literary workshops offer since, after several experiences, we have verified that they allow to educate the student in diversity and in collective respect. The abundance of resources offered, as well as the method used, demonstrate the usefulness of integrating disabilities in a motivating and creative form without forgetting fundamental aspects of the educational curriculum. What is considered to be a problem, probably for the lack of a concrete approach supported by appropriate methodology and resources, turns into a creative educational intervention that offers good results.
