    Las relaciones entre cónyuges o miembros de una pareja estable pueden devenir conflictivas tras la situación de crisis matrimonial o de pareja. Si bien, por sí solas no son relevantes ni irrelevantes para determinar la guarda y custodia de los hijos menores de edad. Solo influyen cuando afectan o perjudican el superior interés de éstos. Ahora bien, ante supuestos de violencia de género el propio artículo 92.7 del Código Civil impide acordar la guarda y custodia compartida. A estas situaciones conflictivas y a los supuestos de violencia de género en relación con la atribución de la guarda y custodia compartida e individual, se va a centrar el presente estudio.

    The relations between the spouses or members unmarried couple, it can be troubled after the situation of matrimonial crisis or of unmarried couple. Though for if alone they are neither, relevant or irrelevant to determinate the guard and custody of the children minors. Only they influence when they affect the interest of these. Before suppositions of violence the own article 92.7 of the civil code prevents from reminding the guard and shared custody. To these troubled situations and to the suppositions of violence on relation with the guard’s attribution and shared or individual custody, we are going to centre the present study.
