  La pericarditis aguda, enfermedad causada por la inflamación del pericardio, es con mayor frecuencia de causa viral, cambiando el agente viral.

  Su diagnóstico es principalmente clínico, caracterizándose por la triada: dolor torácico, roce pericárdico y fiebre. Las pruebas de laboratorio o imagen ayudan al diagnóstico diferencial y a identificar la presencia de derrame pericárdico. Pericarditis aguda, adulto.

  El tratamiento medicamentoso de primera elección está basado en AINES.

  Dentro de las complicaciones la más grave encontramos el taponamiento cardíaco, aunque lo más frecuente es que curse sin complicaciones.

  The acute pericarditis, is a disease caused by inflammation of the pericardium, it is most often viral caused, but the viral agent changes.

  Its diagnosis is mainly clinical and it is characterized by the triad: chest pain, pericardial friction rub, and fever. Laboratory or imaging tests may help to get a differential diagnosis and to identify the presence of pericardial effusion.

  Drug treatment of first choice is based on AINES (by its acronym in spanish).

  Cardiac blockage is among the most serious complications, but is mostly curses with no complications.
