    Los testigos tienen expresa obligación legal de comparecer al llamamiento judicial, declarar y decir verdad, pudiendo, si transgreden estas obligaciones, ser perseguidos, respectivamente, por los delitos de obstrucción a la justicia, desobediencia grave a la autoridad o falso testimonio. En el presente estudio analizaremos los elementos que requieren cada uno de estos tipos penales, teniendo por objeto alcanzar criterios que permitan distinguir con claridad y nitidez las conductas típicas propias de estos delitos, todo ello en aras de la taxatividad exigible en materia penal.

    Witnesses have express legal obligation to appear in case of summons, testify and tell the truth, if they violate these obligations may be pursued, respectively, on charges of obstruction of justice, grave disobedience to authority or perjury. In the present study we analyze the elements that require each of these offenses, taking aim at reaching criteria for distinguishing clearly and sharply typical behaviors characteristic of these crimes, all in the interest of completeness required in criminal matters.
