Situación de los recursos humanos de actividad física y deporte en las instalaciones turísticas, residenciales y naturales en España

    El estudio de la situación actual de los recursos humanos que trabajan en funciones de actividad física y deporte en España representa un campo de interés científico y social que requiere ser investigado. Para ello, este estudio utiliza una metodología cuantitativa de corte descriptivo que sigue los procedimientos propios de la encuesta. Esta encuesta se aplica a una muestra de personas que trabajan desarrollando funciones de actividad física y deporte en instalaciones turísticas, residenciales y naturales de todo el país. Los resultados describen que las personas que trabajan en funciones físico-deportivas en estas instalaciones son mayoritariamente hombres jóvenes que desarrollan una amplia variedad de funciones, con situaciones laborales en las que no existe contratación y donde el aspecto más importante para encontrar trabajo son los contactos y las habilidades personales. También se observa que aproximadamente la mitad de estas personas mantiene una duración laboral con la entidad contratante que no supera los cuatro años y casi la mitad carece de titulación oficial de actividad física y deporte

    The study of the current status of human resources functions involved in physical activity and sport in Spain represents a field of scientific and social interest that needs to be investigated.

    To this end, this study uses a quantitative methodology is descriptive cutting the procedures of the survey. This survey was applied to a sample of people working in developing physical activity features and sport in tourist facilities, natural residential and nationwide. The results describe people who work in physical and sports functions these facilities are mostly young men who develop a wide variety of functions, work situations where there is no contract and where the most important are the contacts to find work and personal skills . It is also noted that about half of these people maintain a working week with the contracting entity not exceeding four years and almost half have no formal qualifications in sport and physical activity.
